Goudsmit Clean Flow Semi-Automatic Cleaning Rotating Magnetic Filter – Hydrohansu series

The SCR rotary cleanflow magnet is a magnetic device that filters ferromagnetic metal contaminations out of bridge-forming powder and granulate bulk streams.

By rotation of the magnet bars on a rotor, bridge forming on the bars is relatively little and thus a much better magnetic separation/filter result is created in comparison to non- rotating cleanflows.

For becoming high quality magnetic filter processes, clean flow magnets have a very high magnetic field value on the magnet bars.

The product, contaminated with ferromagnetic metal particles, passes one or more very strong Neoflux® magnet bars while flowing through the rotating clean flow magnet.

The ferromagnetic metal particles will be ‘sucked’ towards a magnet bar and will cling onto it.

The ferromagnetic metal particles will stay on the magnet bar until the magnet bars will be cleaned.
